VITAL EQUINE is the highest rated two year old son of DANETIME to stand anywhere in the world (Timeform rating of 113). Out of a SELKIRK mare his pedigree possesses the same DANZIG/SHARPEN UP cross that has produced DANEHILL DANCER, INVINCIBLE SPIRIT and DYLAN THOMAS.

Unbeaten in his first three starts as a 2 year old between 1200m and 1400m, it was his record breaking win in the Group 2 Champagne Stakes over 1400m at York in the United Kingdom that showcased his immense talent. His performance could not have been more impressive as he defeated eventual Group 1 winners COCKNEY REBEL and EAGLE MOUNTAIN along the way.

It should not surprise anybody that this world-class 2yo is now producing 2yo winners in his first (and only) Northern Hemisphere crop. With only 12 starters to date he has produced 5 individual winners and 5-place getter in France and England.

Well supported by local breeders he covered a strong book of mares again last season and his first crop yearlings are impressing breakers and trainers alike.
