Competed in a number of Europe's leading 2 year old events of his generation, finishing runner-up in both the Group 1 Curragh Phoenix Stakes (6f) and Group 2 Goodwood Richmond Stakes (6f). Also finished fourth in the Group 1 Deauville Prix Morny (1200m).

Trained on to win at Churchill Downs both as a 3-year-old and a 4 year old, also placing at stakes level in North America.

Hails from a female family of acclaimed sires including the outstanding Australian stud success Scenic (Ire) and the revered European staying influence Rainbow Quest. Other successful sires closely related include Warning (GB) and Commander in Chief.
