Carpanetto | Bay Entire (2000)
A Stakes Placed son of 'Peintre Celebre'
Carpanetto was originally purchased by Coolmore Stud partner Michael Tabor, for reportedly 500,000 guineas. A dual winner from only a handful of starts, he was under the care of world renowned trainer Aidan O'Brien.
Bart Cummings and associates, then purchased Carpanetto with a view to an Australian assault on the Caulfield and Melbourne Cups, but sadly the Stallion went amiss after a winning barrier Trial.
Neil Randall, proprietor of Greenfields Stud , was successful in acquiring Carpanetto to stand in Western Australia.
An intensely line bred Stallion, Carpanetto has an interesting pedigree with close up duplications of Northern Dancer, Special and Raise A Native.
After a few seasons at Stud, Carpanetto is starting to get runners and winners and will suit Stallion owners looking for Nureyev and Sadlers Wells blood.
Enquires welcome , direct to owner.
