Once you have created your ad it will be emailed to Gavelhouse for proofing. We will ensure every detail of your ad is perfect and it will be live on the site almost immediately. We will contact you if we need to verify any details.
Back to topYour ad will remain online until sold or until you remove it. If removed, it will be saved to your 'Cancelled Ads' in your account.
Back to topTo edit your listing you will need to login to 'Your Account'. From here you will see all of your listings. Underneath each listing are various tools. Find the listing you wish to edit and click 'Edit Listing'. This will take you through a similar process to when you created the listing. First edit your Horse Details then click 'Continue'. You will then have a chance to edit the listing details. When you are happy with this click 'Continue' and you will be returned to 'Your Account' page with the listing updated. Please note you can edit an active listing and also unpaid and unfinished listings, however at the end of the process you will be taken to pay for your listing.
Back to topTo remove your listing from Gavelhouse please login to 'Your Account'. From here you will see your 'Active Listings'. Underneath each listing is a set of tools. To remove the listing please click 'Cancel'. A record of your listing will be kept within 'Your Account' under 'Archived Listings'.
Back to topIn this situation please contact us and we can reactivate it for you.
Back to topDigital photos taken by a professional are worth the cost and Gavelhouse highly recommend you engage a professional photographer. A quality digital photo of your horse will optimise your listing for the best results. If you are unable to use a professional photographer, a minimum 2 mega pixel camera set at the highest quality would be preferred (See below for more information). Your photo should: * be in landscape orientation * have a neutral background, on green grass * fill the frame so you can see the entire horse * ensure your horse is groomed prior to being photographed
Back to topGavelhouse has a fully automated real-time processing system. Your credit card transaction will be automatically submitted on the same day of your order.
Back to topGavelhouse uses ANZ e-gate internet payment solutions with the latest security features. ANZ e-gate solutions interface with Fraud Minimisation tools such as Verified by VisaTM (VbV) or MasterCard SecureCodeTM.
