MANNER HILL is a tremendous stallion. He is an exceptional type with a royal pedigree. He produces foals in the mould of himself: strong, correct, easy to handle, quick learners. He stamps his progeny with his mild temperament and physical characteristics.

HISTORY
Many breeders are unaware that for the first two years of his stud career MANNER HILL stood privately for his original owner and covered limited books resulting in only 21 named foals from these first two years. Following this, he was transferred to Victoria and in the last 4 seasons he has covered over 400 mares.

The first commercial crop produced at Cherokee Rose Stud are now 3 year olds and are starting to emerge on race tracks in Victoria and interstate with a presence.

MANNER HILL'S runners to date, he has had 135 starters for 63 Individaul winners and several international winners.

His progeny are definitely 3 year olds/late developers. They can run over shorter distance but reveal their ability when they can sit back and come home over longer distance.
